    Instructions<\/p>

    Place all dry ingredients into a good-quality blender. Blend until oats and flaxseeds are ground and everything is mixed well. Add the banana, oat milk and vanilla extract and pulse until incorporated. mix well.<\/p>

    Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and melt a teaspoon or two of coconut oil. Pour about 1 full tablespoon of batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook until browned on each side (about 2 minutes on each side)<\/p>
